Their repairs are good, however they take too long than their estimation and whenever you contact them you hardly find the service advisor and they sometimes don't come back to you

Their repairs are good, however they take too long than their estimation and whenever you contact them you hardly find the service advisor and they sometimes don't come back to you. My car was repaired nicely however the boot alignment wasn't perfect, I sent it back, now I'm happy with it.
