Terrible service

The level of service received from this company is putrid. My car was taken to Technostar on the 30/11/2022. The excuses for the repair delays were too many. Only upon sending mails did i ever receive feedback. The message sent to me was that my vehicle will be repaired within 30 days. My vehicle was eventually ready on the 10/02/2023. However i picked up snags on the vehicle and had to leave it with them to sort out...and this was after apparently it undergoing a QC check for 2 days, not sure how these snags were not picked up. On Monday, 13/03/2023 i was told that the vehicle was ready. I fetched the vehicle and I have since picked up that that the original snag was not repaired and I have picked up a further panel issue. Now I am supposed to take the vehicle back in. Throughout the 3 months my vehicle was at Technostar , i constantly requested a courtesy vehicle, only to be told that none was available. Besides the email escalations, after i sent an email , there has been no contact nor any apologies for the terrible service form technostar.

i really regret using them to repair my vehicle.

its been almost a month and my vehicle has still not been repaired properly.
the below snags have been picked up by myself and the assessor after repairs were done.

1. Front Bumper needs to be aligned.

2. Left front fender needs to be aligned.

3. Left front door needs to be aligned.

4. Left front door window regulator has a vibration when opening.

5. Door A-post left has overspray which needs to be polished.

6. Left Sill panel has waves and file marks which needs to be repaired properly.

7. Left Rear Door needs to be aligned.

8. Taillamp Left Rear needs to be replaced.

9. Door left Rear central locking not working needs to be attended too.
10. The back LHS lamp that was replaced is not fully functional, i.e. the reverse and park lights are not working
11. The beading on the LHS back door is loose.

what a nightmare of a company to deal with.
