Technostar were very professional and provided excellent service. Kary from Technostar provided regular updates on the status of my vehicle.

20 May 2024, 19:10Since posting my review on the 11 May 2024, my vehicle was taken back to Technostar on the 13 May due to sub-standard workmanship (parts quoted for and not replaced during repairs, poor body and paint work etc.). The Technostar GM and Kary were very accommodating on the day and gave me reassurances that my car will be booked in without any delay and satisfactorily attended to. It is now the 20 May and I am still awaiting correspondence from Technostar. The commendable and professional service reported in my initial review has no follow through. I have received no feed back from Technostar regarding the corrective work on my car. I can only assume that my insurer has paid Technostar for the below par repairs to my vehicle and Technostar feels under no obligation to get my vehicle promptly attended to.
