Technostar No excellence in service

My vehicle went in for repairs to the left hand side doors. We took the vehicle back 4 times to complain that there is a loud wind sound when driving.

After a number of efforts to resolve to issue, we were told to rotate the vehicle tyres as that was the problem!! Amazing response, the problem was not there before the vehicle was repaired, and after we received the vehicle, we drove less than 1kn before complaining. Shocking how the tyres wore down!

To date we have to turn up the radio to cover the road noise. All our complaints remain unresolved.
