Poor Workmanship and Shoddy Service

My car went in for repairs of the LHS after hitting something on the road.<br> They repaired the car and did not do check the suspension.<br> Complained about the vibration and they said it was the spare rim that was buckled.<br> Sent the rim for repairs only to be have the same problem.<br> The suspension test was only done after I had requested, to be told the driveshaft is damaged.<br> Sent the car to agents for a check up and they discovered additional problems.<br> They dont call you back as promised. I am still awaiting their call from 7am this morning.<br> <br> HOPELESS service!!!
