Poor workmanship

Hi <br> <br> I was involved in an accident on the 29 November 2014, and my insurance instructed Techno star panel beaters to repair my car. initially i was promised to get the vehicle before the 25 December 2014 however that did not happen. Just before Christmas i went to enquire about the status of my car, upon arrival the lady advised me that the car will be ready before Christmas and while we were discussing she had shown me a list of parts that they still awaiting for, to my surprise that other parts were not ordered from Audi Agents since my car is an A4. As i write this mail my front fog light cover which was replaced by the panel beater is lost because was not fitted properly and the other is about to be lost because they are not of quality. On the 08 January 2015 i collected the vihicle and drove to Johannesburg, when i stoped at Harrismith i realised that the radiator fan stopped when i switched the engine off. i then decided to start the car and there it goes on, so shortly it ran the whole time. On Monday took the car in it was inpected and was advised that the aircon need to be serviced, i did that after two weeks and i discovered that the were lose wires and no sensors.
