Poor Service & Repairs

<p>I recently had my car repaired by Technostar in old fort road. Everytime I called and left messages and no one returns my call regarding the repairs. I asked Karthy Naidoo the operations manager to check my car before it is given to me and he assured me everything will be fine. I asked for the old parts and he said they cannot give me the old parts but supply me with invoices. I find that ridiculous because how do u even know if it was replaced or the same parts not re-used! I get my car yesterday and the aircon is not cooling...i then send Karthy an email to say the aircon is not cooling and his response was we re-open on the 3rd of January and apologies. He assured me everything will be sorted. I will never use Technostar again and will let my friends and family know the type of service I received from this panel beater. There is a lot of miscommunication when it comes to updating customers! Apalling service from staff and management</p>
