POOR SERVICE, CUSTOMER CARE AND EVEN POORER TIMEKEEPING

I had to choose a star in order to type a review, hence 1 star..... else there would have been no star. My vehicle was scheduled to go into the panel shop on 29/11/2022 to which we had kept to. Upon dropping my car off, we were told that the parts we/re going to be repaired, yet the accesser advised parts were to be replaced. Upon making contact with the insurance company and the client liaision had called Mellanie who is my service advisor were we then told that the parts will be replaced. Furthermore, according to the assessor, my vehicle was a drivable car and should have taken 5 days to complete.

When I called Mellanie on Friday (02/11/2022) to enquire the status of my vehicle, I was told that they have not started as they were awaiting parts, upon questing from the insurance, we were told that the parts are locally made hence not ordered in advance, if the parts are locally produced, why then did it take 5 days before the parts were received.

Today is the 09/12/2022, 9 days later and I have still not received my vehicle. I am being told that it could be next week. This is an inconvenience and no care or concern is shown from Technostar.

According to the insurance company Technostar should be giving me a courtesy car for my inconvenience, to which I get a response as "UNFORTUNATELY" they do not have one for me with no remorse.

I am really unhappy with the services rendered. They have no customer care whatsoever. To them I am just a job card and need to wait for when they are done, no matter what the inconvenience is.

Please if you are ever told to go to Technostar Autobody for your vehicle, PLEASE DON't and opt for a company more reliable.
