Poor service and workmanship at Techostar.
My vehicle was involved in a front smash 09/05/2018. The vehicle was taken to Techostar Autobody on Old Fort Road.
5 weeks later, i was told that the vehicle was ready for collection. When i arrived to collect, i noticed that the fog lamp cover was broken and was not replaced.
1 week later, i was again told that the vehicle was ready for collection. When i arrived to collect, i noticed that the park light was not working.
Today, i noticed that my headlight stopped working!!! How can i drive at night without a headlight. That is very dangerous!
I am so disappointed with the service that i have received from Techostar. I complained to my service advisor Lunga, i complained to the manager Donovan and even wrote an email to the operations director.
How many trips must i make to the panel beater and back? Petrol isn't getting any cheaper. Not to mention the inconvenience of taking off from work. I cannot understand why the job cannot be completed properly the first time.
The panel beating and spraying is excellent i will admit. But the service is very disappointing.
