Pathetic sevice and all lies!!

So fed up with this place. My car went to them on 2 July for repairs. Their system said my car will be ready 29 July, the day came & they said sorry only the following week. Went into the branch on 31 July & was told it will for sure be ready 7 Aug<br> Phoned 5 Aug to confirm if my car will be ready just to be told she does not know, phoned again 6 August and she cant say if my car will be done. Im without a vehicle 2 weeks, she just doesnt care & says they have no vehicle to lend me. She does not even try to make a plan so i can get arround. To top it she has a bad attitude towards clients. Now my car will probably be slacked on because I complained. I need the owner, CEO or anyone higher than her & the managing director to contact me & resolve this. Im fed up!!
