PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - MELANIE NAIDOO
THE SERVICE HERE IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I DO NOT GET ANY UPDATES, NO PHONE CALLS, I HOLD ON THE LINE FOR 20-40MINS WITH NO ANSWER, IF THEY DO ANSWER, THE SO-CALLED "SERVICE ADVISOR" WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE UPDATING ME ON THE PROGRESS IS M.I.A!!! WHEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE, SHE NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS...
AND LETS NOT EVEN START WITH THE MANAGER!!! SHE JUST CUTS THE CALLS. WHAT KIND OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER RUNS AWAY FROM THE ISSUE RATHER THAN PACIFYING THE CLIENT.
APPAULING!!! IF I COULD, I WOULDN'T EVEN RATE THIS COMPANY
