PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Technostar is the worst panelbeater you can ever deal with, please do not use them at all they do not even deserve the 1 star I have given them, there is no customer service whatsoever there, instead of them calling you it's the other way around you must keep phoning them every day and I can safely say that everyone I have dealt with there is useless, the lady Alyssa doesn't return calls nor give any updates even Raydon the manager does the same. They have no regard for the consumer, My car has been with them since the 1st of April 2023 and it is now the 12th of May 2023 and they still have my car with them, car was promised back to me today and Alyssa said she'll update me at 12pm today about when to pick up my car but she did not phone me and I ended up phoning her at 3pm only for her to say she'll call me back in 5mins, it is now after 4pm she hasn't called and I can't get through to them anymore since they have closed. I'm so cross right now because I don't know what to do anymore, never again will my car or anybody I know take their vehicle there to be repaired. SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC, PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER USING THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
