Non Compliance and stringing

First the my Tiida was quoted for ALL damages that happened on the night of my accident that were reported to my Insurance Alexander Forbes. Technstar chose not to inform me of the adjustments that exluded driver's door damage. They went ahead with other repairs. On fetching the car I notice door half done only aligning it but no repair to the dents. That was later sorted with 1.Prolonged waiting time. 2.My low access & unlimited kms from Avis replaced with a R10k access 150km a day loan car! But now worse is Door damage repair failed SAME DAY as I collected & as they replaced window wash basin a mulfunction of sprays was discovered! I reported back the same day or next and to date I have been stringed with a promise to take it in but blocked by non availability of loan vehicle for ove a month now! Insurance shouldt have paid them! The flowery words they shower you when you walk in and during repairs turns out to be gabbage I don't know what Technostar think they are just because they Mercedes Approved they think they can act as they wish!
