He was ok, he did update me timeously regarding the progress. Remus is also good in terms of thier services. A little concern on the on Jessica, she does her job but she needs to be pressurised for her to be on the ball for example too many delays on soaring out the matters and it a trauma if you are a customer. In future it will be better if trying to reduce the process
