Life time paint warranty is a joke!!!!!

<p>I have been waiting for more than 13 months for TECHNOSTAR DURBAN to re-paint my new front bumper fitted by them. It is evident that the bumper was not prepared before being painted, as the paint is now peeling and the raw black plastic is showing. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Service Manager, SHARON SMART, I have not received any assistance with my plight. This is a typical example of NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMER FAIRLY and poor display of post sales service. I would certainly not refer anyone to TECHNOSTAR.</p>
