I want to sincerely thank Renew-It for their excellent service. I expected the repairs to take 3–4 weeks, but my car was ready in just one week — truly impressive! A special thank you to Tembakazi for her outstanding support. She kept me updated daily, often calling two to three times with clear, helpful updates. Her communication was consistent and professional, which made the entire process much easier. What stood out most was how she went beyond her duties to help with extra requests — something she could’ve declined, but didn’t. Her passion and care made a real difference. In a society where such service isn’t always expected when dealing with Black or African customers, Tembakazi proved that excellence has no colour. Renew-It made a great choice hiring her.
