I am highly impressed with their feedback process

I am highly impressed with their feedback process. Their system is well thought out and some Industries can learn a thing or two from them. Apart from the feedback; I enjoyed the personal attention and experience I received from Maggie. She was pleasant and extremely patient; a trait that is missing from most consumer service personnel. The staff in general are very professional which gives one a feeling of confidence. Both Maggie and Michelle went the extra mile; when deemed necessary which I greatly appreciate; as this is sorely lacking in this day and age. The one downside was the long wait for the car parts to arrive; but I am certain that was not in Renew-its control. The end result is that I am very happy with the work done on the car as it is truly an amazing transformation! Well done to the Renew-it team. 👏
