Horrible Service : Don't take your vehicle to this company

Very poor service, no feedback, no return of calls, no response to emails, consultant giving false information on the vehicle repair progress ? ?. Kept the vehicle with them for too long with them without proving any courtesy car. Had to wait for 3 hours on day of collecting the vehicle for it to be properly done, as some work was not done properly and some of its original parts missing. They have not returned the old pants even though they were notified to keep then aside with an approval from the insurance company.
