Horrible Service

I'm not sure where to even begin with this however the service i received is absolutely horrible having my vehicle repaired at this repair center, after everything my vehicle fog light still inst working my tow bar cover was not replaced and my cell phone holder and key ring on my key was ****** off my vehicle, my CV joint on the side i had the accident is making a noise and i lost hope contacting these people to assist as they turned me down more than once, how do i even get assistance on this??
