To have a smiling Consumer always right at the first encounter is every company's aim BUT the Company is also best measured with how they handle a complain and mostly how they turn the bad situation around. A big job done by Technostar Team, Loan Car Manager I forget the name and his Staff, Customer Service Manager Sharon, Front Desk Ladies but oustangily Michelle.<br> <br> In general Technostar is a very Competent and high standards Repair Company I still can never doubt to get Service from, I have learnt to separate one slack person from the Company all in all and I can safely say I apologize for the harsh words used against the Company itself, I had hoped my Insurance would escalate my complain to Technostar correct management and not to the culprit who didn't who had constantly ignored me.<br> <br> Thank you again
