From the day I dropped the off, I was constantly getting feedback about the different stages of the repairs.. Got updated by text, email and phone call. Francine was very polite and professional at one point I felt like I was speaking to a friend. The only thing I would change would be to shorten the number of days it took the car to be ready but overall I'm happy with the service.
