I would like to thank my Service Advisor, Roseanne Maharaj from Technostar for her excellent service. She made me feel like I was her only customer from the day my car was booked in for repairs until it left Technostar’s premises. She was so efficient from the word go & always updating me on the progress of the repairs being done on my car. At no point did I feel that nothing was being done. Even when there were delays with parts orders she was brave enough to call & was upfront with what was happening. She fulfilled all her promises within time frames she had provided to me. She kept her word every step of the way. Her passion, enthusiasm & professionalism are second to none. Even when she didn’t get hold of me, she left well detailed email articulating why I was being contacted. It has been an absolute pleasure for me to be assisted by her & I really appreciate everything she did up until my car was was repaired. She is certainly a huge asset to Technostar & if there’s anyone who deserves recognition it is her. Thanks a million Roseanne. May your life overflow with more Blessings from God.
