EXCELLENT SERVICE - AMAZING WORKMANSHIP!
WOW! EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND.
I was involved in a car accident about a month ago. The car went to SMD. Had a few issues with the insurance but finally got it sorted. Once the car had been sent to Technostar everything changed.
Service: 11/10 Workmanship: 11/10 Workshop: 11/10 Customer Service: 11/10
I don't even know what else to rate.
I received a courtesy car for about 2 weeks which wasn't on my Insurance, so I thank you for making this arrangement.
I would like to also thank Brian (I think hes the workshop manager), when I needed to find out some information and to resolve something he was on the ball and sorted it out extremely fast.
I would like to thank Lunga for excellent service throughout. From day 1 he kept us informed as to whats happening and how long the car was going to be. I don't know how else to explain the level of service this guy gave us. Well done.
A small message to Ian. You have a fantastic team working for you. I couldn't fault a single thing. Thank you so much. Keep up the good standards.
