Excellent service

I had just gotten my previous vehicle sorted out and had what i can easily label the worst experience of my life, so when I had to get my new vehicle seen to i was less than happy or mentally prepared. However unlike the previous service provider, dealing with Techno Star was a pleasure. Even before the vehicle went in for repairs i was contacted each week by someone to ensure everything was on track. When i entered your premises i was greeted by your front desk staff who smiled and actually took the time to make conversation. At this point they know where i work, why im stuck in South Africa and whatever other tidbits we spoke about. This alone made me feel at ease with the whole process. Now lets talk about the gentleman that was responsible for assisting me with my repair, Senzo. I want to personally thank you for a job well done, no lets rather call it an excellent, outstanding (cant think of any more adjectives right now but if i could i would put them here). Senzo ensured that i was messaged at every stage of the process. Not only that, i also received multiple calls from him about the status of my vehicle. Senzo went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle could be ready on time as i had a family emergency and needed to travel urgently. Thank you for all of your great work Senzo. If ever my vehicle comes back in, the only person i want to deal with is Senzo. All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with Techno Star. My rating: 12/10 (2 extra points because both the front desk ladies always smile
