DISGUSTING SERVICE

We have a Ford Fiesta ST which had been modified and was in an accident when a dog ran in front of it on the freeway. The car was sent to Technostar. It took them a month to repair and on collecting it, it looked beautifully repaired on the outside. We signed the release paper and drove it out there premises. Literally 10 km down the road, the car gave us mechanical problems. We immediately turned around and took it back to them. We were advised by Lunga that they did not have the know how to fix certain performance modifications and we should take it to a specialist for repair and then claim from our insurance company. We had no choice to take it else where and that is where our troubles started. The Solonoid on the Turbocharger was damaged and Technostar does not want to take responsibility for it and says it was not damaged in the accident. THIS VEHICLE WAS PERFECT before the accident and we got it back faulty costing us thousands of rands to repair ourselves with no one taking accountability. They should have kept the vehicle and sent it to a repairer to fix properly and only given it back to us once done completely. Will NEVER recommend their service to anyone.
