CONTINOUSLY WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!

My Vehicle was repaired by Technostar and returned to me in the 05/02/2016. I was unhappy with the repairs as there was a noise coming from the side of the vehicle that had been repaired. on the 08/02/2016, I took my vehicle back to Technostar I was advised by both Vernon and the Factory Manager that everything was in good working condition and that I had wear and tear issues to sort out. Which I had sorted out that very same week and the noise still persisted. I called Vernon who advised me to bring the vehicle back as it would be sent to Mazda for a diagnostics test. This however was only booked for the 25/02/2016, upon completion a consultant from Mazda advised Vernon that many parts were to be replaced at Technostar costt and that Mazda will only replace the Wheel bearing. However due to miscommunication and to Vernon not following up I waited TWO WEEKS, for the arrival of the parts only to be told nothing was done, as the person handling this changed departments and clearly didn't follow up. On the 14/03/2016, I took my car for a service and ANOTHER diagnostics was done. The same problems were listed yet I am asked to bring the car back for further EVALUATION! <br>
