BAD SERVICE
Here I am again complaining about this company. It's seeming like they don't know how to keep their promises they make to their clients. I went to check on my car last week Thursday 6th April they said I should have my car by Wednesday since there were holidays in between. It's now 16:07 Wednesday I still don't have my car. I sent a WhatsApp message to the service advisor asking for feedback and reminding her what they promised. But it's seeming like it's fell on deaf ears she just ignored my message. My car has been with them since 6th February, 2 full months paying for something I don't have, I don't know hey. They clearly just don't know what customer service is. It's either they give me my car, or they offer me a curtesy car, I am losing a lot of clients because of them.
