Amazing Service - Thank You

Wow, where do I begin.

Let’s take this a bit back. I was involved in an accident in March 2018. I received amazing service from Lunga, had a small issue with the vehicle upon collection which was quickly resolved by Ian.

I was involved in another accident now in December 2018. I immediately knew I wanted the vehicle to go to Technostar.

I contacted my insurance and had the vehicle towed home. The following day I phoned my Insurance and told them I want the car taken to Technostar as I had previously used you guys and was extremely happy. I got hold of Ian, he offered to tow the vehicle for free to Technostar to be assessed.

I accepted the offer and so did the insurance. I received a quotation within 48 hours of my vehicle being there and Niri was super helpful to assist with all this. She then contacted me to say she has sent it through to the Insurance and now we waiting for authorization.

She phoned me the next day telling me she received authorization and repairs will begin.

Lunga then assisted me with a rental vehicle and excellent service. I cannot explain the service I receive from Lunga everytime this happens. Usually people (Including me) when they involved in a car accident it’s a huge worry etc. Now I know I’m in good hands. Technostar is definitely the best out there.

I really hope to see Lunga in a management position soon or atleast give the man a raise ? Excellent service from him.

As for Ian, his service is amazing. Before towing my vehicle into Technostar I was concerned would I get the vehicle back before Christmas time. He assured me it would be done. Upon going to see the vehicle in the 1st week at Technostar I could see the workshop was extremely busy. Everyone was doing something, I ended up talking to people there and they told me they don’t think it would be done. Well Ian kept to his word. I think I collected the car about a week before Christmas looking better than new.

Honestly I recommend Technostar to everyone I know. Infact I have already, friend of mine was in an accident just after me and he also had his vehicle fixed.

This is a really long explanation but at the end of the day I would really like a huge thanks to go to Ian, Lunga and Niri.
