Taking your vehicle in for repairs is already a stressful situation. It took them a a week and a half to move it from the yard into the workshop. That to I had to put up a fight. I must have spent half my life waiting for a service advisor. The attitude you get from Technostar is they are doing you a favour. Yesterday I got a message from the car rental company notifying of the expiry of the rental in 2days. The service advisor took me into the workshop only show me the vehicle looking the same way I left 4weeks ago. TECHNOSTAR YOU NEED A SERIOUS WAKE UP CALL I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. THE WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN NO MORE THAN 10 DAYS.
