3 VISITS and 1 YEAR LATER - Still no response!!!

My car was repaired at Technostar about 3 years ago. I was very happy with the job until I started noticing rust or bubbles building up under the area of the body that was fixed. The door also had missing bolts that caused it to rattle. My Tri Angle was taken out during the repair and was never replaced. This was around 2014 when I first reported this and requested a repair. <br> <br> I have physically gone to Technostar 3 times with my vehicle and was put onto a waiting list for a date and a courtesy car. I then waited almost 6months before I called and went there again, only to realise that that list was no where to be found. I was then put on another list and was promised to be called back in a week by Kavir. It has now been over 3 months after the last visit and still nothing.<br> <br> All together it has been over a year with absolutely nothing. No response, no call backs. Absolutely no feedback at all!<br> <br> Kavir always had an excuse and is full of broken promises.
