I decided to request a quote on a jacuzzi from Techno Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi, and was put into contact with a young man named Dominic. He sent me the quote and followed up with me a few days later and we had a discussion regarding prices and installations, after which I received a revised quote for my Christelle jacuzzi and was followed up with once again, and I decided to accept the quote and pay a deposit. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed when my jacuzzi was installed and it wasn't working as it should. The water was not heating up. I contacted the company and Dominic phoned me back. He came out with one of their guys and explained the problem to me while it was fixed. The jacuzzi is now working fine and I am extremely impressed with their service. <br> <br> Thank you!
