Do not use - be warned

Our nightmare started a year ago. After numerous phone calls and bad quality I was told today that the company was liquidated and is now trading as Techno Pools and Jacuzzi and thus my warranty will not be honored. There is repairs that needs to be done as fibreglass and mosaics are pulling away and I was told sorry if you have a problem you can take it up with the attorneys. Stanley the owner is never available and Dwayne the operations manager ********ted me for the last year. Our guarantee was 10 years but was told today no guarantee. They are still trading but because it is under a different name we were *****ed over. <br> <br> Good luck to anyone who uses them. Their tel number is still the same : ***. If you want a poor quality pool and service please phone them. They will be happy to take you money and run.
