I had the most appealing service from TechnoSpa after they sold me a totally unusable PVC pool covering. When trying to resolve this with owner, she screamed and yelled much at me on the phone that it was heard a room away! Totally appalling. The company that they sub contracted the job to, ended up coming and replacing the cover with a wonderful product and changed at me at cost. I was never refunded or part refunded for the terrible product,

07 Mar 2022, 14:34Good day Suzie please note that the cover originally supp**** was up to standard , there was no fault in the product its self. The problem came in where you were struggling to remove and put the cover back on. A refund was requested on a product that had no fault and was custom made as per sizes given, it is not a stock item. Therefore we could not refund. The company that supp**** and installed then agreed to accommodate at extra costs. I do not feel we were wrong in not assisting with a refund as we did and supp**** what was asked for.
Regardless of all of the above , I am glad you got assistance from the manufacturer and have a product you are happy with.
