Zero customer service from Technopro

I ordered & payed for an item from Technopro, they informed me that their Warehouse doesn't stock the item anymore and that they will refund me. I have been struggling more than a week now to speak to someone about my refund, I need the refund so that I can order the same item from another supplier. A person with the name "Kobie Van Zyl" is responsible for the refund according to the telephone operator, but this "Kobie" only starts working at 11:00 in the morning, he is in so-called meetings the whole day, he is never available to speak to, he never calls back, nor does he respond to emails!!!
