Worst service

This is the worst experience i have ever received from techno pro. 1st thing when you order they say 3-5 days but now its like a week without delivering my order, and messed things up. This was meant to be a beautiful present now turns into the worst. 2nd you call them they say we will call you back within 15mins its now day 2 and no call when i call them they no longer answer
