Useless Techno Pro service and Customer Support

Horrible service and the worst customer service and management in history. I will not recommend them to anyone and neither will I suggest you use them. Rude customer service. I paid for an item and after 9 days they say I must wait. I paid for expedited shipping. They used SA Postal Service and told me if I want an update I must call my post office its not their problem.
