Unfair

I called in to find out about an item I would like to buy and I was assured that there is in stock and I should go ahead with my purchase. I then made my purchase 30 minutes later and there was no stock the money has left my account and I’m still waiting 5 days later for my money to return. I’m just disappointed at how they handled it. How can you assure me there is stock and then 30 minutes later be sold out??? I’m still made to wait for my money to be refunded.
