TechnoPro not refunding

Placed an order for an item and was then notified by TechnoPro that the price had increased by about 30% and that I can request a refund should I not be willing to pay the additional amount. I immediately requested a refund which I have been unable to get. I have spoken to the owner, Mr Kobie van Zyl, who says "he will look into it" but nothing ever happens. I have also sent numerous emails requesting the refund. It is now over two months since I placed the order without getting my money back. I'd advise not to purchase anything from this store!
