TECHNOPRO MISLEADING CUSTOMERS

On 20 September 2018 I purchased two H3 100watt spotlight globes from TECHNOPRO as advertised on their site...details and photo. Few days later I recieved the package and found that they've send me H3 fishtail globes instead of the one's they indicated per photo on their site. I spoke to their manager Kobie. He just laught it off and said it will cost me the same to courier the wrong globes back to him as the amount I paid for the globes. No customer service at all. He should pay for his own courier and refund me.He sit with my money and I have globes I can't use. He made no effort at all to assist or to correct the matter. They mislead their client with the tipe of product they advertised on their website and the product they send you. I recommend you take a close look before purchasing anything from TECHNOPRO. They won't see me again!
