TechnoPro gives terrible customer service and gives you attitude.

I paid an extra amount for overnight delivery it's clearly shown on my invoice and I get a very snarky reply from them saying it's not an overnight delivery. What did I pay extra for? Company rips you off on the delivery charge and gives negative ratings on Bid or Buy and won't send overnight. Very poor service and attitude and the way they reply on Bid it Buy is simply disgusting and not the way you handle customer service. This is not a customer service orientated company and I won't be using their services again. They then send an email claiming the item is shipped, but the tracking number doesn't exist on the couriers system. Seems like a ****
