Purchased products from TechnoPro on 14 January 2023. After not receiving any communication nor my delivery from them, and them not answering their phone I finally received a email from them stating that they dont have the product in stock and requested my bank details for a refund. It's been a month. No replies, no refund, no communication. With a facebook page and almost 9000 followers, I battle to understand why and how "large" companies like this actually get away with taking your money and not delivering the goods.
