Refund not done for paid out of stock items

If there was a star lower than 1 it would be it! I placed an order and paid the same day for items I found out 3 later that was out of stock. A month has passed and refund not done. Disgusting service (if you can call it service) received from the manager Kobie. Since when does a manager say to a customer "You behave like I child" when you demand your refund???

I will never in my life again do business with this company and will go out of my way to discourage anyone who wants to use this online shop.
