Refund due | Shocking customer service!

Ordered stock on the 24th of April 2019 from TechnoPro. Received a notification on the 2nd of May 2019 to say that there was a refund due to be processed for R6021.32 due to them not having stock. After numerous phone calls and emails to the managing director, Kobie van Zyl (***), no feedback has been given to date (12th of August 2020). The lack of customer service is beyond comprehension.
