Poor customer service with faulty products.

The Company is Techno Pro at https://shop.technopro.co.za/.

I bought a telescope from them for a gift. The telescope was defective and on enquiring what is required to have it look at, repaired or replaced they indicated they wanted to charge me R115 admin fee to assess. This is clearly against the National Consumer Protection Act.

I raised this to them and customer service is not high on their agenda.
