Poor customer service

Unprofessional, no customer service. I purchased I Lee pro 1000 press from them on the 14th of June 2020 online, before making the payment I confirmed with one of their staff members Bianca stock availibility, she said they to have stock on 16 June 2020, I made the payment on 16 June 2020. I received an email on 17 June 2020 that my payment was received and the product will be drawn from their warehouse. On 22 June 2020 I received an email that they don't have stockand will need to refund me. Another email was send on 23 June 2020 reminding me to send my banking details. I only viewed my emails on the 23rd of June and first rep**** this is not my problem as they confirmed stock before I made the payment. I then later on the 23rd of June 2020 send a second email stating that they can refund me however I expect an immediate transfer to enable me to purchase the product from another supplier. I did not receive the payment or any correspondence up until the 26th of June 2020. I then contacted the company to find out what is going on on the 26th of June 2020. I spoke to their accounts department and was told that I would have to speak to their Managing Director however he is on another call now she will get him to call me back. This is now 19:57 o. The 26th of June 2020 and still did not get a call from anyone of the company, No correspondence via sms or email and still no payment was received. Do not buy from them it is a battle to get your money back and the do not have any customer service or after sales service whatsoever.
