Pathetic Service

I placed an order on the 20 May 2020, after several emails I was told that my order was in dispatch. Then on the 12 June 2020, I received a response that there is no stock, Banking details for the refund was provided on the 12 June 2020, despite my follow-ups and confirmation on the 22 June that payment will be processed, still no payment. I called 2 July and was told it will reflect in my bank account on 3 July. Now I wait to see. Bottomline is the service is pathetic.
