NOT WILLING TO EXCHANGE !!!!

I received a Garmin watch for my Birthday. I lost my charger and wanted to order a new one. I then received my charger. Which was back ordered in the first place. The add only stated Garmin FR 25 Charging/Data clip (Black&Red/Blue watches) Not Large , like the box. I then ask if they can do a swop for me. they respond with Unfortunately they are not all the same. In our product listings we specify which colours the charging/data clips are for. The model ordered specifies that it is for the Black&Red/Blue watches; Garmin FR 25 Charging/Data clip (Black&Red/Blue watches) Should you have the Black/Purple model watch, then the correct model required is; .Unfortunately we do not accept returns/refunds.Should you wish to purchase the correct item, kindly complete the checkout process online.

I mean how must a person know that the watch size is different! I think this is one of the most pathetic serviced i received, clearly they just there to make money and not to look after their clients.

Surely they should comply with the Consumer Protection Act
