Non refund of funds due

I was intending to make a purchase from them and even after reading reviews on hullopeter regarding their reluctance to refund monies I went ahead with the transaction. In processing the payment the insurance amount duplicated and I only realized post finalizing said payment. I contacted Bianca and I was advised it is passed onto the MD to verify. I queried progress a few times and even submitted the order and my proof of payment. I had one or two responses. Now there is zero response from this business. Without prejudice this appears to be a policy decision
