My wife bought a Vanguard Bi-pod for my Birthday in April but was not the correct one. Took the time to travel to their office/house from Potchefstroom to see whether I could return and buy the more expensive one and got the response of no returns after I explained that my wife wanted to surprise me and did not know exactly which model I wanted and that they would make a lager rand amount sale is surprisingly stupid. Please do not support them worst after-sales service
