Money ******. Avoid this site, refund not paid back after 3 months!!

Shocking experience, refund due since 23 June 2020. After placing an order, the sales team confirming the order and asking me to EFT the R 860. After the EFT I was told the items were no longer in stock, with the option to wswtich for another item or have a refund.

I selected the refund option and since then after emails and phone calls I have not been paid back, or had my emails answered.

Upon reaching the office via phone call, the lady who answered the call was really rude and said only Kobie van Zyl could make payments. Kobie is never available and turns out to be the company's MD: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kobie-van-zyl-428b39b5/

I understand tough times with COVID, but this is just plain thievery. it's has been 3 months and this seems to have happened to countless other people with no recourse. Avoid shopping on this site!
